MGR Volleyball has reached new heights by winning a volleyball playoff game for the first time in school history. MGR faced off against Wheeler middle school in the ACAC Playoff tournament. In a back and forth game early, the Lady Rockets pulled away late.

With the win over Wheeler the Lady Rockets becomes the 6th sport in MGR history to win a playoff game. It's important to note that MGR has only been Mary Golda Ross for 6 years. One of those years was a covid year that canceled fall sports. So in all actuality, MGR athletics is only 5 years old.
