Tyquavion Williams becomes the most decorated Cross Country Athlete in the History of Mary Golda Ross. With a 7th place medal finish last year at the conference ACAC Meet. He became the first runner in MGR History to place and earn a Conference Medal. This season he has picked up where he left off. Medaling in every meet so far this season with 1 second place finish and 2 top 5 finishes. Williams looks to bring home a championship at this years ACAC meet in October.
